       中国文化人物（主编 王保胜）推进“一带一路”建设，加强与相关国家互联互通，是党中央、国务院作出的重大战略决策。3月5日，国务院总理李克强在政府工作报告中数次提到“一带一路”建设，并把“一带一路”明确为经济发展的“三个支撑带”之一。在此次两会上，全国政协委员、全国政协书画室副主任、中国美协副主席、中国艺术研究院博士生导师、广东省文联主席、广东省美协主席、广东画院院长许钦松对加强“一带一路”沿线各国文化交流提出了自己的思考与建议。
      Promoting the “One belt and one road” construction and strengthening interconnections with countries concerned is an important strategic decision made by CPC Central Committee and the State Council. On March 5, Li Keqiang, Chinese Premier, repeatedly referred to “One belt and one road” construction, defined “One belt and one road” as one of the three supporting belts in economic development. On the two sessions, CPPCC member, deputy director of CPPCC Painting Room, Vice president of Chinese Artists Association, doctoral tutor of China Art Research Institute, Chairman of Guangdong Literary Federation, Chairman of Guangdong Artists Association), President of Guangdong Painting Academy, Xu Qinsong, proposed his own thinking and proposals against cultural exchanges with countries along “One belt and one road”.
      许钦松表示，国家提出“一带一路”战略后，文化走出去的方式“要一对一，对等交流”。他希望，政府层面要着重推动对外文化交流，并且要编好每个年度的文化交流项目。中国企业走出去的时候，也可以同时带动文化走出去。许钦松认为，广东素来在对外交流方面走在前沿，走出去、引进来也都积累了不少经验，有很多长处。
      Xu Qinsong said that, after the state proposed the “one belt and one road” strategy, the culture exchanges should be carried out in a way of “one-to-one peering exchange”. He hoped that the government can focus on promoting outward cultural exchanges, prepare annual cultural exchange projects. When Chinese enterprise goes out, they can drive cultural exchanges. He believed that Guangdong has always been in the forefront of outward cultural exchanges, it has accumulated much experience in this aspect and has many advantages.
